Latest Charity Collection News from the Infant School

The Infant School have raised money for two charities recently.

We had a day wearing tinsel and raised £147.12 for the Tinsel For Tots Appeal.  This helps to support sick children and their families at Bristol Children’s Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit to provide life saving medical equipment, family accomodation and a full programme of arts, music, entertainment and education.

We collected money after the Christmas Plays last week and half went to Children’s Hospice South West which was £361.64.  This helps to build precious memories for families whose children are living with life-limiting or life threatening conditions.   The other half will be spent on the children’s parties on Friday 21st December for entertainment, prizes and other expenses related to the parties.

A big thank you to all of you who donated so generously at this time of year.
