Then come along to our AGM!

The Yatton Federated Schools Association (YFSA) is holding its AGM on Tuesday 4th October 2016, 7:30pm at Yatton Infant School. We’d love to see as many parents & carers as possible from both schools.

Over wine and nibbles, we’ll be:

·         Discussing our fundraising events and how much we have in the kitty

·         Updating on what we’ve spent this year and how it’s benefited the children

·         Making plans for the future

·         Agreeing budgets for the coming year.

It’s a great opportunity to meet fellow parents and find out more about what we do. Please come along to share your views on what we can spend our money!

A bit more information about YFSA.

Yatton Federated Schools Association (YFSA) is a charitable fundraising committee run by parents, to raise money to support the schools in all sorts of ways and to help fund those ‘extra sparkly bits’, which enhance children’s lives at school. In previous years, the School Association has subsidised the cost of school trips, and helped fund the popular Learning College in both schools. Last year, funds enabled a refurbishment of the shared Food Technology room to allow more children from both schools to make use of it at any one time, and fulfil the requirements of the updated National Curriculum.
The Schools really value this support, but the Association’s success depends upon the help of our parents.
